We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Our entertainers are professionally trained to deliver the services as hired, however there are some circumstances which might hinder their ability to do it and which they are not liable about as, but not limited to: the space provided not being adequate for one of the activities hired, the presence on site of another form of entertainment as a bouncy castle, soft play area, face painter, mascot, dj or so., the kids not wanting to engage with the entertainer, as far as we can, we will try to engage the kids in different ways, however we cannot by any means force them to participate in the activities if they don’t want to and we cannot stop the activities to focus on one or two which are not engaging as it will risk losing the attention of the rest. We remind the client that we are hires as Kids Party Entertainers, therefore we cannot perform nanny/childminder duties such as but not limited to changing nappies, accompanying kids to the toilets, feeding or controlling behaviour. Our entertainers have the right to stop their entertainment if one or more children are presenting bad behaviour that is offensive or might be dangerous for the other kids or the entertainer himself/herself. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure there is at least one responsible adult on site at all times who can deal with any unexpected circumstances as described above that might affect the service provided.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
